As an agency owner for more than 20 years, having a well trained, competent employee is by far the most valuable component to running a successful care agency. Employees that are not trained is a detriment to the clients they serve and the reputation of the agency. In developing this training program it was a priority to design a training program that was interactive and comprehensive.
